Hello, I’m a Lead Designer specialising in Design Strategy, Service Design and UX with a decade of agency-side experience. Throughout my career, I have worked with many London-based agencies and consultancies including Ustwo, AnalogFolk, AllofUs (now BCG X), ELSE and Manyone. I have engaged with many industries, facilitating change and creating new digital services for clients like Bupa, UBS, Christie’s, Three, the French-Swiss Lottery and more.
