About me
Having graduated in 2018, from ACM with upper second class honours in my Music Production degree, and worked for Anderton’s Music Company, and as a freelance video editor and mix engineer; i am looking to find other work and gain more experience within the entertainment industry.
Music is a massive passion in my life and I have years of experience playing guitar in touring bands. Through all these years of touring and playing shows all around the country i have developed an in depth and informed knowledge of the UK’s music and events venues. I have also gained experience working in a studio environment on a handful of sessions at Big Smoke studios, based in London. This invaluable experience has show me also what it can be like working in a top studio setting with producers and engineers who are at the top of their game and renowned for their craft within the industry.
I listen to and produce a wide range of genres of music and as a music producer, i have in depth knowledge of DAW and live sound platforms, In the digital world I specifically specialise in Pro Tools, Logic Pro x and Cubase.
I am also an experienced video editor and content creator, with most of my video experience in Final Cut Pro.
Most of this experience is from my previous job as a copy writer and digital marketer in the property industry, which has given me an in depth knowledge in digital marketing, CRM and SEO systems. My role was to produce content for social media and online marketing, such as video and audio editing, writing weekly blog posts, creating email copy for mailing lists and posting daily on all major social platforms.
This role has also been valuable in providing experience in marketing tools and techniques and enhancing the skills I already possessed in these areas from my background in music, which helped lead to a self-taught, in-depth knowledge of social and digital platforms through promoting my musical endeavours, and a fresh, creative approach to online marketing.
