Hi, I'm Tracy, and I know what it's like....
I originally worked as a design engineer, focusing on consumer products and domestic appliances. I worked in house and in consulting for brands such as SharkNinja, Google, TomTom, Nestle and GHD.
I also managed teams in the UK, China and Italy at national and global level with over 15 years of experience.
Surrounded by men and the skewed ideal of what leadership should be, I burned out in 2020.
I changed career and my life in 2021 and now I'm ready to give back as a certified coach and mentor for leaders.
My mission is to provide a safe space which will allow women to remember their brilliance and take their rightful place at the leadership table.
In my specially curated program, you will go from feeling doubtful to determined as you show to the world (and yourself) what is really possible.
