About me
Tuğçe Öztürk Almaç, a lawyer and a certified mediator, was born in 1987 in Antalya. After completing her primary, secondary and high school education in Antalya, she studied at Istanbul University Law Faculty between 2005 - 2009 and graduated as an honour student.
She completed her internship in 2010 and started working at T.C. Ziraat Bank A.Ş. Credit Risk Liquidation Department and Denizbank A.Ş. Central Anatolia Regional Directorate as a lawyer and team manager for six years.
She holds two MA degrees; one is from the Faculty of Economics and the other is from the Faculty of Law. Tuğçe Öztürk Almaç is specialized in commercial law and continuous her academic studies besides her professional life. She published two papers and two books. Her essays and books are related to commercial law.
Tuğçe Öztürk Almaç has taken various training on legal disputes. These are; ways of applying to the European Court of Human Rights, applications to family law and property regime, banking credit and its applications, capital markets and corporate law, basic expertise, basic and advanced mediation, basic & advanced negotiation and ToT for mediation.
Tuğçe Öztürk Almaç has her law and mediation office since 2017 in Ankara. In 2018, she joined Negotiators Society UK, passed examinations to became GMN (Global Mediators & Negotiators) – IMI (International Mediation Institute) Certified mediator. Tuğçe Öztürk Almaç is one of the Founding Members of MBBI (Mediators Beyond Borders International) Turkey and representing Ankara. She is representing GMN at Mediation World and writes articles about news & developments of Turkish Mediation Law and in general about mediation in Turkey.
