    Founded a CIC which transforms the lives of young people from underrepresented backgrounds. Mentor a group of young people from underrepresented backgrounds to increase their confidence and employability skills. Managing a marketing team to create a cool, relevant brand to captivate a young audience. Implementing a marketing strategy which led to an increase in applications by 73% to our annual Academy. Co-managed a team of 4 to deliver and create a 3-day Academy in partnership with Facebook and We-Work. This included the development of 30 young people through a hackathon challenge, cv and well-being workshops, panel discussions and a graduation ceremony. Project managed and designed #Impact2000 - a school tour across London, attending 10 schools and impacting over 1500 students. This included creating workshops, training over 30 students aged 20-25 to deliver sessions, managing logistics and building authentic relationships with schools. Implemented digital event in response to COVID-19 which consisted of 30 virtual workshops and talks, an e-book, short film and £580 raised for young people
