secure.
Using qualitative and quantitative data to consult for 5 media and
creative agency networks and independents across 10 markets in
Europe and North America. Grew local business an average of 12%
YOY.
Ran $750k USD �£550GBP� agency network client, managing team of
analysts, account and product managers to service it. Business grew
15% YOY.
Developed and delivered training focused on improving interpersonal
relationship health between agencies and their clients, from the C�
Suite to account management level.
NPD focused on onboarding and balancing new relationships, active
listening to enhance empathy and understanding of clients' business
pre and during COVID�19.
Ran internal connection sessions pre and post the pandemic, using
UX mapping between teams to drive empathy and improve
connection and agility across existing processes.

Leading strategic partnership on McDonald’s for all things retail,
including deepening family interactions with the brand and launching
new areas of the business such as McCafe.
Led winning pitch for launch of new premium cosmetics brand “B” for
Superdrug, Going 300% above target made this Superdrug’s most
successful brand launch to date.
