I am a confident, responsible and hard-working young lady. I consider teamwork very important in all
aspects of life, and have demonstrated being both a good and sensitive team leader, and team player
throughout various points in my life. My conscientious and strong minded nature allows me to get all jobs

During my time at Gravitas, I worked as a Junior Permanent and contract consultant, having no
experience in recruitment prior. My role was a 360 consultant, sourcing candidates using various
methods and platforms, including organizing and hosting meet-up’s and networking events, attending
networking events representing digital gravitas, using a bespoke database of candidates hand coded for
skills by myself any my colleagues. I also utilized recommendations from designers that I’d previously
worked with, Linked In, Behance, Dribble, Job boards and headhunted.
Within my role, I managed several accounts, liaising with clients, booking in interviews and negotiating
terms and salaries. A very important part of my role was maintaining good relationships with both
clients and candidates, using good communication and organization skills, to make sure nobody was
forgotten.
I also took part in bake sales, football games, sales competitions and much more to contribute to a
positive and fun working environment, as well as assist in growing my team ( Design) from myself as the
sole consultant to 3.
