⦿ Liaised with international artists, including ACCI BABA (Japan), Oscar Sharp (UK), Lu Yang (China), Robot Lab (Germany) and Nam June Paik Art Centre (South Korea). Coordinated the details of artwork transportation and installation, and arrangements for artists to visit Taiwan.
⦿ Directed and carried out publicity, including media pitch, building up the official website, overseeing social media operations, and editing exhibition brochure.
⦿ Led twelve staffs in respective missions, trained and mentored the staffs with guidance, tracked learning ability of them, and accompanied them going through challenges.
