    Fulfill material requirements by reviewing and analysing client contractual and technical requirements. Distribute transmission and publicity materials to broadcasters (tapes, files, subtitles, audio tracks) in adherence to all contract specifications. Be responsible for providing EMEA international broadcasters with transmission materials, involving close work with the sales team. Manage client relationships and be responsible for an allocated set of countries and Free TV clients. Liaise with international vendors and shipping agents in London and L.A. to order necessary elements needed by clients and ensure that they are dispatched in a timely fashion. Monitor license term for end date and requests return of broadcast materials. Creating regular reports and audits to track upcoming license start dates, new deals and anticipate any material deadline issues. Responsible for a set of territories and all EST, VOD, PPV, PAY and Free TV clients within these territories working closely with sales team to manage challenging deadlines. Researching and locating a varied number of elements to fulfill client requirements. Working closely with Mastering to place orders for newly dubbed material to meet client needs. Tracking and monitoring materials and new deals through digital asset management system SAFE.

    To oversee and coordinate the workflow processes across the broadcasting department, working closely with Operations, Commissioning, Acquisition and Programme Planning Departments in order to establish strong relationships across the business To assist with project management of new initiatives, service enhancements and service launches To help in identifying and rectifying any issues along the delivery and workflow chain Overall objective is to ensure a smooth process from requests for originated and distributed material through to delivery of assets up to the point of distribution Interact with external departments to ensure the key internal clients are interwoven into the workflow requirements To ensure the timely delivery of materials into the broadcast chain post the programme selection process has been completed Manage the delivery of masters and supporting material for all the channels managed by Scripps UK & EMEA Work with Marketing Department on press schedules, EPGs, Highlights, listings Providing throughput analytics when required Working to TX deadlines ensuring the correct media is prioritised Liaising with various third parties to traffic titles, as well as tracking delivery dates, shipping, technical acceptance & technical rejection issues. Ensure a smooth delivery and onward workflow by communicating effectively with relevant connected departments Ensuring all programming elements are fully delivered: to include, programme asset, images, music cue sheets, synopsis and scripts Rights Management: working closely with the Programming department, entering Acquisitions, Commissioning and PLA contracts in IBMS Work with Footprint Music and Soundmouse to fulfil Music Reporting requirements Super User IBMS: be the primary point of contact for department for questions/queries, participate in UAT and testing for new versions/upgrades, review documentation for department and inform IT of documentation needs Full Management of Fine Living Italy
