I Supported the customer to try and get them back on supply and fi an engineer was required to resolve their meter issue making an outbound call to
the me to book an appointment for them to visit the property to resolve the meter issue. I learned how to use Kraken and wiki for Eon-next energy too. also learned skills and communication call handling skills on speaking with their CEO Gary Slade.
