  FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEMFramestore Creative Director Christian Manz took the reigns as overall VFX Supervisor on Warner Bros.' Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, alongside long-time collaborator Tim Burke. My key attributes are: - Following the schedule as set by the Department Manager and Supervisor and ensuring leads and artists are aware of deadlines; - Maintaining strong communication with the Show Production Coordinators and dependancy departments; - Help in making sure the artists are clear on feedback given by leads and sups; - Managing weekly target in line with the milestones set by Show Production; - Run dailies with department and rounds with the leads, taking notes and ensuring good communication between artists; - Creating playlists in priority order and prepping dailies session, ensuring artists are submitting their shots in timely manor. - Run dailies sessions with MPC Global sites; - Good relationship with all artists and sensitive to how to get the best out of them.
