About me
A mix of business development skills with preferences for experimenting and approaching tasks creatively recommends me for joining an ambitious and innovative project. I'm looking for a collective that lays at the intersection of arts and technology, from music to design to film.
I am a success-driven person and failing is just another step forward. Love solving challenges more than routine at work and I'm always up for new opportunities where I can develop myself while working with inspiring people.

- Memory DonationOrgan and blood donations keep people alive. But people living with Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias are often robbed of irreplaceable memories as a result of the devastating effects of the disease which affects 1.3% of seniors in the UK. With the help of technology, digital memories are now generating (rather than sending) donations to member Associations of ADI in the UK. According to Alzheimer’s Disease International (ADI) someone in the world develops dementia every 3 seconds. To cope

• Increased brand exposure and awareness in both tech and creative industries, coordinating our involvement in over 15 international events (Cannes Lions, 4YFN/MWC, AdWeek, Pitch@Palace, Intel China). Coordinated our participation at Social Media Week in London, LA and NY in the past two years, while emphasising our role within creative AI.
• Collaborated with copywriters and PR covering over 150 blog and editorial entries (including TechCrunch, Tech.co, The Next Web) while working to position Lobster as a thought leader in our space. My efforts allowed Lobster to secure vendor contracts with 4 major US, UK, AUS advertising agencies.
• Bridged relationships between the customers and Sales and Tech teams, while overseeing the curation of over 20 briefs including VCCP, Google Marketing, Wunderman and Oliver Wyman. Escalated client concerns turning them into valuable development leads for our Tech team.
• Worked closely with top management assisting business development by creating strong partnerships; during the process, I was the first port of call for any issues related to funding, R&D and investment. Through one relationship alone Lobster successfully cut costs by £100k in 2018.

• Grew on the minimal digital marketing infrastructure spanning over the social media and email, to accelerate the growth of photographer community; assured a steady growth reflected by a 20% segment of new users on site during my time.
• Researched key trends and proposed new strategies for content creation and delivery, such as creating social media calendars and campaigns highlighting the USPs of our product, allowing us to tap into new segments and gain visibility.
• Team and culture development, discovering and underpinning tasks; helped create new roles in the team (Head of community, Head of content, digital lead generation) reflected by a proportional growth in the user traction.
• Improved the user journey and search experience through data analysis making a constant contribution to the product development whilst positioning ourselves in the market; improved the search performance and made contributions to a more user-centric interface. Other developments include distinguishing between and personalising the seller/buyer journey.
