- Created a wide range of high standard marketing materials such as brochures; posters, artwork for banners, leaflets and interactive PDF's. On top of this, I created content for the various social media platforms and newsletters. Prior to working in this organisation, I had no formal training and picked up my design skills through shadowing the Head Designer. I am now experienced in InDesign and Photoshop Adobe. - Worked closely with senior members in planning, designing and marketing events and campaigns. I assisted with 23 national events and 1 internationally. - Undertook valuable research, which led to engagements with CNBC and Manpower. - Used database software's such as; Salesforce, SignUpTo, Survey Monkey and Eventbrite to market events to external stakeholders. - First point of contact for the employer central line. This involved responding to external contacts on both the telephone line and managing two email boxes. I ensured all inquires were followed through to a satisfactory conclusion. - Developed and improved the tracking system of external inquires. - Front of house for all Corporate Engagement Events in welcoming internal and external inquires. Received excellent feedback on peers on my customer service. - Supported the LGBT+ Staff forum and contributed to the organisation of Middlesex University's first time marching in Pride 2016. -There was a re-launch of the database system called, “Salesforce” within the organization. I improved the depth of information available on records by proactively updating the database from other sources of constituent information and pulling various reports on the system for meetings. - I managed all inquiries on a daily basis. I potentially engaged with over 1700 different stakeholders.
Nominated by the university for the Apprentice of the Year - National Apprenticeship Awards. Key responsibilities involved providing essential administration, marketing and event support to the Director and senior members of the team to develop and strengthen corporate relationships. One of the main designers on the team that created the promotional materials.
I was part of a team that carried out a social action plan to raise money for charity. Throughout the summer of 2013 I took part in the National Citizen Service; acting as charity fundraiser and financial manager. Impressively, we raised over £2000 for our chosen charity in four weeks. I was also nominated by my fellow teammates to be an NCS ambassador.
