Responsibilities
✔ Champion the introduction of a project management tool across the web/eCommerce team thus minimizing friction and increasing team communication and effectiveness
✔ Define project scopes, plan and schedule project timelines and milestones within budget and team availability
✔ Ensure processes are followed correctly to ensure projects are delivered to desired requirements and quality
✔ Keep the information flow between the business units, technology and support teams
✔ Ensure the eCommerce business is operating effectively and drive roadmap enhancements required to support the growing business
✔ Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans
✔ Assist in managing the support budgets for 3rd parties and capital expenditure budget for eCommerce projects
✔ Assist in managing the relationship with Development Partner and all 3rd parties that integrate into the websites
✔ Lead the preparation and support of peak periods to be carried out effectively, ensuring maximum profitability for the business
✔ Manage crises - resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion and find alternative solutions
✔ Identify and drive opportunities for process and performance enhancements and suggest solutions, focusing on continuous improvement across all digital aspects
