I am currently leading the Analytics team of an innovative construction and operations consultancy on projects requiring financial analysis and business intelligence. As an Associate, I liaise with senior stakeholders in order to form a specific problem statement and create a value proposition assessing key drivers identified during workshops with them. Then, my focus is on analysing big datasets and convert them into insightful and dynamic dashboards, enabling holistically informed decision making, uncovering opportunities, red flags and actionable insights.
