About me

I am a qualified and experienced Events Co-ordinator/ Logistic, who has been dealing with the production of events for more than 10 years. My long-standing professional experience includes national and international B2B and B2C events (conference, roadshow, photo shoot, fashion show, exhibitions, product launches, art fairs and more) for a different range of clients and difference area (pharmaceutical, energy, fashion, telecommunication, finance, and automotive) I am more than familiar with the suitable marketing measures and I really know how to make a successful event. My primary goal is delivering the best creative ideas, finding ways of producing without jeopardising schedule and budget. My experience covers the management of all events aspects: from budgetary planning, logistic and recruiting to post event evaluation and reporting. During my recent collaboration with the contemporary Art Fair at Artrooms Ltd, I had the chance to enhance my experience with the art world, a reality that I’ve always found fascinating. My role as Production Manager and Artists Liaison included the managing of the logistic for the organization of both fairs and private viewings, the selection, training and coordination of the inters in addition to the day-by-day contacts with artists, manager, customers, and curators. This experience allowed me to explore innovative way how artists can meet buyers, without the mediation of the gallery, advising and supporting them in setting up their own space. I found myself involved in creating and developing projects, finding solutions to issues (often last minute) without impacting the budget at all. Moreover, this represented an exciting opportunity to challenge my communication and interpersonal skills in a sector where my client’s focus was mainly on the artistic side while my task was to deliver a fair that could be a success also from the business perspective.
