Hello, I'm an experienced copywriter with a passion for storytelling and problem solving. I love experimenting with messaging and tone of voice to create copy that captures the imagination and improves the customer journey. I was a copywriter at John Lewis for over 15 years. My campaign work appeared in all the John Lewis stores, johnlewis.com, the app, customer emails, DOOH and print. In a 'now or never' moment, I stepped into the world of freelancing, where I'm currently working with AO as they grow their CRM marketing strategy.
