Main Duties: Conduct consultations, hair-cutting, styling, colouring, hair extension application, hairpieces, wigs, hair sculptures, and hair-ups. I have worked with great success as a TV hair expert for Sky TV channels, QVC, (including the use of live models for demonstration purposes during live TV broadcasts).  I have designed, developed and run multiple hair-up courses and workshops for both qualified and non-qualified students. These courses have met the scrutiny and standards of HABIA that can offer CPD hours, providing education to hairdressers and make-up artist. I teach the art of hair-up and dressing of long hair. I also offer bespoke courses for beginners or hair novices. Achievements: Five awards for Best Bridal Hairstylist over three consecutive years, including the UK’s Best Bridal Hairstylist 2016. Created a healthy clientele base, on three occasions in two counties – attained high-level of client loyalty retaining many long term. Obtained majority of clients through personal recommendation. Provided various hairdressing skills for figures within the entertainment and fashion Industry. Completed numerous photoshoots, successfully accommodating varied themes. Created large artistic hair sculptures for London fashion Week catwalk. Gained valuable experience of working on stage utilising my presentation skills.  Main Duties: Preparing and teaching several different Balmain hair extension courses (practical and theory) to hairdressers and trainee hairdressers within salons, colleges, and distributors around the country. The lessons provided the students with knowledge of the history of Balmain, the sourcing and processing of the hair, examined different varieties of hair, application, cutting, removal, and re-bonding of the extensions, colour matching, consultations and aftercare. Achievements: Transformed underperforming students; developing their skills to apply extensions with confidence. Received excellent feedback from my students and peers. Attended and completed an international Hair-Up course at Academy For Hair Alternatives, South of France. Performed on Robert Palmer Hair Show, Ipswich. Achievements: Later selected to perform role of assistant to Creative Art Director, including modelling new hair designs. Gained valuable skills and experience in dealing with all clients, including the demands of high profile VIPs with unique and particular requirements. Received training from highly renowned and experienced hairdressers. Gained valuable knowledge and confidence for hair fashion trends and classic hairdressing. Successfully attained City and Guilds Level II in hairdressing. *APPRENTICE /JUNIOR - NORMANS HAIR SALON; MAIDSTONE, KENT — 1989-JUNE 1991 Main Duties: Shampooing, blow-drying, cleaning and reception duties.
