?I am a creative and imaginative young graphic designer, enthusiastic about creating new concepts and pushing the boundaries of design. I studied Graphic Design at Coventry University and have undertaken placements at SimONE (Shanghai) and Ogilvy, London. I was also awarded first prize for the Puffin Design Award 2013, and have worked for Ladybird books at Penguin Random House for the past 18 months. I specialise in branding, editorial, typography and print, as well as photography and traditional printing techniques.
Project managing books from initial concept through to final print production. Confident working from styleguides for licensed brands as well as having an eye for up-and-coming talent and commissioning illustrators for new books. Working alongside editors to manage brands, negotiate with estates, authors and production managers on a day to day basis and providing support to marketing projects.
Interning within a global agency creating logos, adverts and style guides for clients including Hellmann’s, American Express and Dove.
Working for a social media company in Shanghai, researching new graphic techniques, creating infographics and marketing/social media assets.
Volunteering at an art therapy centre leading creative sessions, encouraging participants to express themselves and improve confidence alongside their art skills.
Working as a barista, interacting with customers, serving food and creating beverages. Organising and managing stock control.
