• In order to utilise sales and business development, I am responsible for continously contributing towards the marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
• Maintaining and builing existing and new business relationships with stakeholders by ensuring communication is timely and professional.
• Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment. Ensuring this is recorded accurantely in the relevant internal IT systems.
• Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines
• Arranging face to face meetings with Clients and candidates (build relationships with both clients and candidates)
Speaking to candidates who are currently on the market and building a trusted and transpacy relationship to support them with the career needs and aspirations.
• Market Mapping (finding out which hiring managers/businesses recruit within the market at any point in time)
• Managing expectations of Clients and Candidates
• Shadowing of contract negotiations and reviewing recruitment to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recuitment programmes practised are followed.
• Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates being placed
• Assisting in team projects/presentations/report.
