Lighting and Camera Configuration: Decision making for the appropriate lighting and camera setups according to the requirements. And customising setups including flat lays, invisible mannequin & hanger, and model shoots
Project Management: Arranging equipment for multiple setups simultaneously while optimising the workflow to complete daily target
Quality Control: Evaluating each shot, working with team to style shots the best possible. And approving each shot during shoots so that the results could achieve both quality and consistency.
Image Batching: Preparing and batching photos to edit/cut out. Colour check/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy.
Client Communication: Being in contact with over 200+ total clients, including 30 active regular clients (e.g. Aries Arise, Ashley Williams, A Cold Wall, Machine-A, i-D) to keep track of their satisfaction and preference for our service, while managing multiple projects and delivering satisfying results
Styling & Art Direction: Still-life and art direction for lifestyle shoots

Garment Preparation and Stock Control: Controlling the check-ins and outs for clients’ items. Clothing/Product organising and prepping.
Lighting and Camera Setup: Setting up camera and lightings according to the photographer’s direction, getting all equipment ready for shoot under short amount of time. And assisting to control the photography styles to match with clients’ preference and previous shoots. Being accurately consistent for each client.
Recording Setup Presets: Saving setups to ensure image quality is consistent across shoots for a long period of time
Assisting Photography: Working closely with the photographer during shoot and providing help whenever needed
Administrative: Maintain & organise all studio equipment, ensuring everything is functioning as expected. And other administrative related work, such as reception, logistics arrangement.
