Organising and promoting events for multiple clients and managing their social media platforms
Managed multiple projects from events to large staff displays as well as assisting with digital teams to develop new programmes and software utilising Agile
Project support: Review, finalise draft, version control of project initiation documents and project plans for each individual project (up to 70 projects) and upload them on to the shared framework. Providing secretariat, take and circulate minutes for virtual team meetings and chasing up actions. Providing support populating forward plan with the details provided by the specialists at regular intervals as agreed with the HVO programme manager, version control and upload on to the shared framework. Providing ad hoc support, statistical analysis, update programme plan as per information provided by the specialists if/when specialists are unable to do so themselves and inputting information in to the CRM system as and when required.
Events: Project management of a multi-location event, which is loosely based on the Olympics and in and around Olympic venues. Creating staff briefings for volunteers and events staff and delegate liaison with UK and US delegates and speakers. Venue search and selection, recce, contract management, event planning and on-site logistics. Creating crisis management documents and delegate joining instructions for both US and UK delegates, which required different information. Working with clients, partners and stakeholders as well as creative colleagues to ensure all creative/brand and collateral development for events are aligned, and within corporate guidelines and delivered to the highest standard. Working with the venues on pre-event logistics (communications channels, scheduling rigging, AV requirements and other required entry for event delivery). Client services: Working with partners such as UK Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, LOCOG, TfL, Nesta, BVCA, Foreign and Commonwealth Office and TSB
Events: Project management of a variety of experiential events, including experiential shopping centre activations, branded pop-up garages, experiential activities with the pop-up garage and sports presentations for a World Championships. Creating staff briefings for experiential staff to ensure that the client’s brand is protected on site and on-site event attendance (if required) and post-event reporting. Venue search and selection, contract management, event planning and logistics. Working with clients ensure all creative/brand and collateral development for events is aligned, and within corporate guidelines and delivered to the highest standard. Developing ideas from initial client brief and sourcing suppliers to bring those ideas to reality. Client services: Weekly status reports, meetings and conference calls with clients, which include Cancer Research UK, eBay and UCI World Championships.
