About me
Victoria is a Multi - Disciplinary creative with a BA in Illustration and a master’s degree in Textile Design from Norwich University of the Arts. She designs and makes playful, accessible, and desirable contemporary screen-printed lifestyle pieces in a range of tactile mediums, creating plethora of objects, from screen printed bags to jesmonite coasters. Victoria’s work has been photographed by NUA alumni Kerry Curl, Chris Roberts, Michael Morgan, and Sophia Kapoor. Her work has featured in Original Magazine and been exhibited at Circle Space in Norwich. Her work is focused on honest, accessible, and joyful surface pattern design. Her collections are always spontaneous and created around Victoria’s emotional response everyday occurrences that she notices as a designer. The work is fun expressive and playful, which matches her personality. Each colour, shape and motif has been carefully chosen and holds a deeper meaning to Victoria, providing a sense of comfort, joy, and sentimentality. But overall, she’s happy for you to enjoy her work as a form of escapism and something pleasing to look at and enjoy every day.

    OPTIMISMOptimism is all about my feelings of this year, things go wrong but things also go right, so its optimistic. I also found the whole idea of people giving up on wearing nice clothes because they weren’t going out a bit sad, and I just wear whatever I want even if I am just going for a walk because I am doing it for myself. So, this project is all about just doing something to make yourself happy, and just finding the good in the bad even if it does feel a bit shit. This collection is dedicated
