Achievements: successfully managed new nameplate launches such as XF 17 MY, XF 18 MY Saloon/Sportbrake, Defender, Discovery and other major non-nameplate related projects.
Key tools used: Smartsheet, JIRA, Slack, Workamajig (bespoke software), various Google docs
Main Responsibilities:
• Estimating projects, establishing and managing project plans
• Creating scopes of work to ensure accuracy and clarity of projects, overseeing production and delivery of final assets for projects
• Collaborating with internal Spark teams (including Spark London office) and external Agency partners to resolve issues, assisting and supporting team members as needed
• Helping to establish production process in conjunction with the project management team and the creative services team
• Working with Account team to ensure jobs are created and briefed accurately
• Scheduling internal and client reviews, presenting work to JLR clients
• Managing budgets, gathering costs and issue PO requests

This includes liaison with the internal team and external resources (freelancers, third party suppliers etc.) in order to deliver projects according to plan. Key software used: Synergist, Basecamp, InVision, Gliffy, MailChimp, Broadcast, WordPress CMS.
