I am a Senior Account Director with extensive experience in CRM, digital, social media using data at its core. At Havas helia I am responsible for fiscal grown and the strategy behind the Tesco business. I manage a team of 3 whose priority is to deliver strategy and creative for Tesco Clubcard. I am also Havas helia's "Village Champion" - nominated by the Management team to help co-ordinate the agency's move into the new Havas Village in Kings Cross.
Whilst at Gravity Thinking, I was the key client service member for three significant projects within the agency: The development of a new website presence and the creation of video content to be hosted on the website. The website project involved a complete redesign from looking at the user journeys to writing all the content. The website was also a global piece of collateral so needed to be user friendly for all markets. My role required me to liaise with international markets and ensure that the Global team’s requirements were sold into the markets. For the video content brief, I managed a team of film makers and producers where we shot videos on location at the Glenfiddich Distillery in Scotland. The videos were designed to be interactive where users could delve deeper into the content to get additional information on the product. I was also the lead client service member for the development of a Global relationship marketing strategy for Glenfiddich. In my role, I worked very closely with the Head of Strategy (also the Managing Partner of the agency) and the Marketing Manager at Glenfiddich to devise and implement a CRM program for the global database. The program was trialed first in the UK and again, my role required me to sell the program into the Global markets and adapt it to their requirements.
At Wunderman, my priority was working on the Ford Australia account across digital and CRM brand campaigns. I had a special interest in Social Media strategy whilst at Wunderman.
