About me
Hello there!
I'm Victoria Lim and I'm an Engineer hoping to gain further work in the events industry. I've had two years of experience in the events team at my university working with the events team as an assistant and supervisor mainly for freshers week then on an ad hoc basis throughout the week.
I worked in a variety roles in the hospitality industry alongside my studies, including working in restaurants, kiosks, bars and cafes. Needless to say I like to work alongside a team and ensuring the customer is satisfied with their services.
As a recent graduate of Electrical Engineering and having worked in a corporate Engineering role over the last few years, I have the transferable skills from data collection, analysis, research, client and peer relations, stakeholder engagement and general administrative skills.
I am excited about venturing to work in the events industry again. I consider myself a self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic person about events. I am adaptable to different situations, able to work under pressure to ensure the outcome of the task at hand and adapt to the situation if necessary.
