Examples of these development outcomes are set out below:-
Free Range 2019 Welcome Entrance
- Creating the welcome entrance for Free Range 2019 summer exhibition.
- Devising a variety of design options and 3D models.
The Boiler House Relaunch
- Redesigning the general aesthetic of Trumans iconic Boiler House and its main func- tional features and characteristics.
- Presenting Sketch-Up 3D drawings and plans together with construction method. - Procuring appropriate materials, paints and wood varnishes.
- Organising build and testing of prototypes.
- Modifying product to comply with structural engineering advice.
- Promoting new concepts on bringing in more clientele and stimulating interest from new audiences’ including premium market stands supporting ‘foodie residencies’.
- Organising and sourcing materials for the build and arranging the layout of the artwork within the display.
Kind Burger Street Food Market Stall
- Designing a vegan burger market stall for a new in-house street food Brand. - Presenting 15 design variations to clients within a tight deadline.
- Researching existing brands and contributing to logo ideas.

Event Operations ManagerThe Truman Brewery

Responsible for managing the operational and technical elements of a diverse range of multi-functional and multiple occupancy events across a 13 acre site ranging from large scale festival events, trade shows and markets to intimate art exhibitions and film shoots.
- Using my knowledge of the venues (power restrictions, maximum load bearing points, audio acoustics residential restrictions) to manage the expectations of clients and produce effective solutions to problems.
- Organising and conducting site visits with clients.
- Collating key documents (including quotes, contracts, risk assessments, and events schedules).
- Briefing security staff prior to events and conducting debriefs with clients post event.
- Arranging the booking of security teams, maintenance crews, and cleaning staff to ensure venue reinstatement and the critical ‘get in and get out’ transition between events.
- Ensuring that all aspects of incoming events onsite comply fully with the venues health and safety policies and Risk Assessments.
- Improving procedures within operations including new client paperwork, event briefs, blueprints and streamlining document handling.
- Providing detailed post event reports, week end reports to management and directors.
- Planning of on-site counter terrorism action plans and aligning procedures to comply. with new government requirements.
- Writing and assisting in the design of publications to support the review of counter terrorism measures.
- Meeting quarterly with Tower Hamlets Counter Terrorism Department to inform on progress and exchange ideas on improvements.
- Creating a new staff entry and exit protocol, mail room action procedures and main reception area evacuation plans.
