Provided administrative support for both the Access to HE Diploma in Fashion and the BA (Hons) Fashion Photography courses. Main duties include: Processing applications made by prospective students through both UCAS and by direct application. Uploading applicant details onto the university database (QLv4) and checking qualifications for Home and EU students. Co-ordinating interviews and corresponding with applicants on the course teams’ behalf. Producing offer letters and UAL information packs to send to successful students. Recording student marks and presenting them at end of term Exam Boards, at which I was also required to take minutes. Corresponding with students regarding queries such as year out requests or extenuating circumstances. Corresponding with the course team to ensure any students of concern are highlighted and dealt with promptly and efficiently. Keeping student records up to date and ordered.
