As Personal/PR Assistant I was responsible for managing the working and personal life of the Creative Director of Rohmir Group.
Duties and Responsibilities;
Business
• Working 1:1 with the Creative Director to meet company targets • Identifying new sales leads
• Develop Marketing Communication plans
• Develop Media Relations strategies
• Coordinating all Public Relations activities
• Monitor, analyse and create PR reports on a monthly basis
• Report PR results to Group Creative Director / Board of Directors
• Build relationships with Local/International buyers to grow industry awareness
• Organising shows at London Fashion week
• Casting models
• Sourcing and liaising with photographers, videographers and choreographers
• Maintain an understanding of industry trends impacting clients purchasing decisions • Diary management
• Store stock management and preparation of daily reports
• Promote the company's culture, products, and ethical initiatives
• Introduce clients to Rohmir

• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Extensive diary management
• Travel coordination and creation of complex itineraries - international and domestic • Personal shopping
• Reservation making; restaurants, theatre, concerts
• Organising personal events
• Sourcing and booking temporary staff, caterers and venues
• Mobile telephone/ tablet contracts and handsets
• Sourcing suppliers for the property - florists, interior designers, decorators
• Scheduling works to be carried out at the property
