- 3D printed waterproof phone caseThe brief was to create a 3D printed water proof phone case for temporary use underwater. The design protects the phone from the water by the use of O rings. There are two O rings which prevents the water from getting in to the phone and they are made from Ninja flex a rubber type material for 3D printing. The case is 3D printed using PLA and Ninja flex on the Makerbot replicator 2.
