Responsibilities: • Copywriting, proofreading and managing content for over 30 brands across multiple platforms • Improving processes around and maintaining a friction-free content request and delivery service • Managing projects from end to end, overseeing tasks of in-house and outsourced delivery teams • Budget tracking and reporting, managing and mitigating risks, leading problem resolution • Acting as a link between Brands, Sales and Dev. teams and collaborating on various projects • Coordinating events, social media campaigns, localisation projects and new digital initiatives • Maintaining an up-to-date brand and product knowledge as our partnerships keep evolving
