Recruited to lead and shape the end-to-end process of campaign management plus develop criteria for success, I liaise between the business and creative teams to build holistic direct and digital marketing programmes with the right communications strategy, channel mix, timing and creative execution. Besides managing stakeholders, measuring and reporting campaign KPIs to support player retention strategies, it is my responsibility to ensure on-brand, on-message and compliant customer communications.
Promoted to oversee content development for over 30 brands across multiple platforms, I was also put in charge of managing various projects from end to end. Acting as a link between the Brands, Sales and Development teams, my tasks included strategic planning, budgeting, reporting, risk mitigation and problem resolution.
