In this position, I was managing/onboarding/supporting couriers (freelance). I opened cities, kept track of their metrics, and trained staff. Followed the delivery process, solved problems, etc.
- Opened and managed Ukrainian cities: Odessa, Nikolaev, Kherson, Mariupol, Brovari, Borispol and Nicosia (Cyprus)
- Trained and managed more than 500 couriers (freelance);
- Created an onboarding program for couriers and courier support;
- Went from zero orders per day to 3000 (in my responsibility).
