About me

My name is Wael Chams and I am a French motion graphic designer. After graduating from ESRA, an animation cinema school in Nice, I moved to London to begin a career in a thriving capital city. Eversince, I've worked on a variety of media projects including: webseries, TV shows and live events. Coldplay, Rugby World Cup 2015, Take That, Porter Robinson and Will I Am are just some of the clients I've had the pleasure of working with. As a versatile graphic designer, I enjoy finding creative solutions to problem solving. Experimenting and learning new techniques across a wide variety of softwares enables me to develop fresh ideas throughout a project. • The Pierces - KingsVisual created for The Pierces at the occasion of their show at ITV's 'Sunday Night at the Palladium'.
• Take That Tour 2015I've been involved in the creation of visuals for Take That's 2015 Tour. We were in charge of the creation of the entire video content for the whole show. This is the introduction of the show where i was in charge of the compositing and the animation of the city, leading later on to there first track "I Like it".
• Rugby World Cup 2015I've been involved in the creation of visuals for the opening ceremony of the Rugby World Cup 2015. 20 LED screens rose from the ground showing players pushing rocks. I also created all the emblems reveal for each team. And a countdown for the beginning of the competition.

• Bio inspired - Logo designIn the preparation of her first solo book launch, ‘Biomimetics for designers’ (Thames and Hudson) Dr Veronika Kapsali approached me to design the logo behind her practise ‘ Bio Inspired by Design’. Along with the logo, we set up a simple website, for her to be able to easily update and keep her followers updated about her last publication, talks and research.
