As the UX lead for Mulberry's digital e-commerce brand transformation and re-platform to Salesforce, I collaborated closely with senior stakeholders to leverage existing .com user and tracking data. Together, we meticulously mapped out a new site structure tailored to Mulberry's unique offering, aiming to position the brand as a digital leader in eCommerce.
Working alongside a skilled UI team, I iterated wireframes in line with the evolving design principles to ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, I coordinated closely with integration partners to optimise efficiency and maintain high-quality output.

These objectives served as the cornerstone for developing innovative and transformative e-commerce solutions, encompassing the mapping of new architectures, user journeys, and functionalities.
