Accountable for managing the pre-employment checking process for all new starters, which includes, references, occupational health clearance, DBS disclosure, right to work information, visa applications, professional registration details, risk assessments and any other requirement as stipulated by 18 Week Support. .
Providing expert advice and exceptional customer service on all compliance related queries to candidates, hiring managers, staff and external parties.
First point of contact for existing and new candidates and manage our candidates interview process.
Responsible for weekly reports to the Manager regarding process improvements and implementing new systems in order to streamline services.
Review KPI reports and appraisals for consultants and non-consultants to ensure they align with 18 Week Support policies and procedures .
