About me
Enthusiastic and highly-committed Media and Communications graduate from the University of Leeds with experience in assisting on PR campaigns for sell-out national live tours and award-winning Edinburgh Fringe Festival shows with Multitude Media as well as organising and vision-mixing live interactive virtual events with Agency Unknown.
Previous experience also includes social media marketing for the illustration agency and animation production studio Jelly London as well as some experience as a TV production runner for shows on Channel 4 and BBC Three, developing practical skills on the sets of busy shoots and attending to the needs to talent and crew.
I'm hugely passionate about comedy/entertainment which I developed during my three years at the University of Leeds where I was a member of the award-winning sketch comedy troupe The Leeds Tealights and was the president during my final year. I co-wrote, directed and acted in performances in Leeds, Oxford, Cambridge, Durham, Bristol, London, and full-runs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2016/17/18. It also involved administrative duties organising the venue, accommodation and marketing materials in the lead up to the Fringe, whilst creating a strong promotional campaign through social media, flyering and networking with the press.
I'm a diligent and determined worker with well-rounded experience from jobs in PR, TV, marketing, theatre and retail, combined with a creative eye from my background in writing and performing. I would love to bring these qualities to a role while providing my whole-hearted enthusiasm and positive attitude.

During my time at Multitude Media I worked on the press campaigns for 36 separate shows going up to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival 2019 including the award nominated shows by London Hughes and Jessica Fostekew. I also stayed in Edinburgh for the duration of the festival as one of the main points of contact for the clients. After the festival I assisted on live campaigns for national arena tours from Jack Whitehall and Professor Brian Cox as well as national tours from Stacey Dooley, Joel Dommett, Tom Rosenthal and others.
My role was varied and included pitching to national newspapers both print and online, long lead magazines as well as to broadcast producers across both regional and national media. I thoroughly enjoyed securing interviews and guest appearances as well as picks and previews for each client’s tour or project. I was in charge of providing the client with their daily and weekly press updates which both the talent and their corresponding agents/management received. Other responsibilities included organising publicity schedules and keeping abreast of sudden changes, escorting talent to TV/radio/podcast interviews and working with producers in live studios.
As part of my admin responsibilities, I ensured the team’s diaries were up to date and also took a lead in managing our internal media partner Kantar to report on any issues as well as refining our search terms. I used Cision/Gorkana to find new contacts and maintained the upkeep of our contact database as well as our social media channels.
