I am a calm, confident individual who is very self-motivated. I have managed projects with both international companies and local based groups. I worked for Vice as part of the sales team, and have worked more closely with the production for the online platform to Norwich Sound and Vision as well as being part of the team that helped co-ordinate Norwich Fashion week. I enjoy combining both my knowledge on business with creative thinking which I believe to be the best combination for success. Recently I have worked for Wex Photographic, the nation’s leading photographic online retailer. Working as an inbound sales agent and was awarded top salesman of the month twice in the nine months I worked there. More recently I worked for Cooper Lomaz as a recruitment consultant specialising in I.T. Developers. I completed several deals in the time I was been there, and was recognised by clients and candidates as a trustworthy, honest and deliverable individual. Since then I have moved in to the telecommunication sector. Mainly specialising in fixed line communications, VOIP and cloud based technologies. Due to my technical sales background, it made and ideal fit to move into an ever-expanding technology industry. I have made a success out of combining my technical and knowledgeable approach with a calm and thorough sales techniques. - Short term contract for a national print advertiser moving into the digital market. - My role was a trial basis to show how Archant could convert the traditional print customers into choosing a selection of digital and SEO ‘add-on’ products. - The main goal was to explain and train other team members how to achieve success when talking about digital products to customers on the phone. - Improved sales revenues for Q3 and lead the company to have more of a focus on digital products.
- Comm-Tech Voice and Data is one of the largest telecoms providers within East Anglia. - My role is to speak and meet customers and find a streamlined solution within all areas of telecommunication. - My main responsibility is to generate new business and to advise customers on the benefits of moving across to a hosted VOIP solution. - I regularly exceed my set targets, and this is achieved by speaking to the correct decision maker over the phone, or by meeting our customers on site. - I would play a crucial role, to make sure we successfully won the new business contract from the first conversation all the way through to the closing of the deal. - Working with a close team to try and achieve set goals and financial targets. Each quarter I have been there I have achieved over my 60 leads targets. Which would mainly be all cold leads, or customers who had not been spoken to for a very long time. - My leads and appointments I produced which closed has so far made the company £97,000 in revenue.

Software Developers in Hertfordshire. - Worked with many different types of clients and helped them with their recruitment processes by providing them quality candidates with specific skill sets. - Would speak to candidates and ascertain their skill sets and the type of roles they would look for. I would also speak to passive candidates and essentially headhunt individuals for niece clients. - Worked with a close team to try and achieve set goals and financial targets.

I worked for Vice as a sales administrator which supported the sales team’s requirements and general needs, I would assist with documentation, planning client briefs and presentations, as well as making phone calls to require information to further assist the team. Key Responsibilities - To assist the sales, team with any information and research required. - To complete administrative tasks on google docs, including excel and PowerPoint documentation. - Generally assisting the team when needed and to provide support in all different areas of sales or event management.
Foundation Diploma L3 - awarded for taking part in, and completing Media Learning Company at City College Norwich. ‘City College, Norwich has created a new model for education. The learning company is based on the business model of an independent production company. Working with professionals such as Eye Film and Television, the students obtain real work experience as well as a level 3 Foundation Diploma in Business and Media.’ This is where I worked on projects such as Norwich Sound and Vision, Visit Norfolk, Norwich Fashion Week as well as working in a team to produce content for clients on a more local basis.
