I was assisting the digital marketing and social media department by increasing engagement with our target audience. This was young people and experience mentors. I was working mainly on linkedin and Twitter and was part of the youth group ‘Mentor Me’ campaign. This involved coming up with social media marketing strategies to entice mentors to join us to help young people in their careers. I also worked on the youth group ‘100 promises’ campaign which Included coming up with fun ideas to promote the companies values.
