About me
Graphic and Communication Design graduate from the University of Leeds. I started freelancing when beginning University for music group House of Pharaohs.
3 and a half years on I've been part of projects with Red Bull, Havana Club, Nike and many talented up and coming brands and artists.
I'm looking for the opportunity to grow in a full-time role for a brand that I can contribute to and really get behind.
Please contact me if you'd like to see more of my portfolio.
Projects
- The DojoI created this underground music event companies' identity right from the brand's conception. The identity focused around The Dojo being a world living within electronic sound technology. I set a rule of only using straight lines — all curves seen are geometric line patterns. Each flyer was a view into this world with almost relic-like symbols and motifs.
- House of Pharaohs: Headline 1HOP's first headline show saw the start of my collaboration with the group. The lighting inside the venue had been designed to reflect the nature of the design to create a coherent experience that reflected the sounds and energy of the rap group at the time. The snapchat filter seen last was created with a geo-fence; the filter was unlocked upon entry to the venue.
- House of Pharaohs: The Fix EPReleased in 2018, this 5 track EP is HOP's latest project. Talking to the group and listening to the tracks, it felt appropriate to have a more colourful vibe than previous House of Pharaohs releases. The cover is an abstract representation of where each of the 6 artists are from in relation to one another in London. The cover was hand painted and the label printed on to sticky paper with the entire thing scanned. I took the promo photos in a studio, whilst the outfits were styled by Ella Ty
- House of Pharaohs: Real FacesI oversaw the creative direction of HOP's debut album design. This included finding an illustrator (Timo Santiago) as well as creating the concept with the group — revolving around their separate unique qualities combing to form one group; the faces of each artist combined to form one. For the back cover I asked the artists to sit around a table for a while and chill — with the idea they'd use the space and make it their own a little. I wanted this project to feel classic, natural and generall

Involved establishing a brand identity and creating cover art, flyers, merchandise and more as iterations of this. Working with 10 people as clients is certainly a challenge, yet a rewarding one when approached correctly. It has been, and continues to be a pleasure to help this exciting group grow.

Hired at the very start of this event companies' conception, I had the role of creating a visual identity to be used across flyers and interiors. This 7 event project saw collaboration with Red Bull's Grime-A-Side and other high-class UK MCs and DJs.
