    As an officer within the HR admin team I had a wide range of responsibilities: Prioritising/managing workloads and delegating tasks to colleagues within HR as required. ❖ Completing a full recruitment process from advertising jobs to appointing successful applicants e.g. onboarding, interviews, leavers process etc. ❖ Using payroll system “SAP” for editing existing employee and new starter information into the system ❖ Solely running the payroll for sub-areas on agreed timescales each month. ❖ Creating and sending out Monthly Payroll / HR reports to stakeholders as well as weekly recruitment statistics reports. ❖ Quality Checking Controlling the creation of Conditional offer letters and legally binding Contracts of employment to candidates. ❖ Maintaining HR databases including accurate input of records where necessary. ❖ Leading change processes and the delivery of HR elements of organisational and cultural change activities. ❖ To deliver excellent customer service, resolving claims at the first point of contact for the HR department and assisting customers of all levels with HR, recruitment or payroll related queries. ❖ Administration of employee benefits e.g. pensions, child-care vouchers, season ticket loans, teachers pensions etc. ❖ Working closely with the project (change) management team in the creation and deployment of new HR process as well as the manufacturing & maintenance of new self-service portals for HR / HR related departments New self-service portal/procedure I created helped to cut down the average time of completion for a recruitment cycle from approximately 70 to 30 days.

    Customer Service Champion AwardLondon Borough of Waltham Forest
    I was nominated by multiple managers / heads of service for an award for excellent customer service and won a certificate labelling me as a customer service champion for London borough of Waltham forest. This was awarded by the chief executive, director, head of service and councillor for LBWF. It also came with a short interview about what customer service means to me which was also put on the council's intranet after Pictures were taken.
