At Made.com, where I was the first employee ☝️, I built creative operations from the ground up, scaling brand creative from Seed to Series D. Prior to this, I honed my skills agency-side, working with clients such as Nike, Sainsbury’s, Estée Lauder, and P&G.

Joined at Seed stage to elevate creative and reposition the brand for its next growth stage. Recruited new talent/consultants to complement the team. Redeveloped brand narrative, messaging, visual identity, buyer and seller social content, and CRM following extensive customer insight research. Redefined Vinterior's curation ‘taste’ and product style strategy.

✹ Brand Equity: Partnered with Founders and Board Execs in shaping the blueprint of Made’s brand expression since inception. Reworked brand expression in line with growth objectives, brand tracking performance and perception challenges.
✹ Product Design: Collaborated with CEO and CTO to define the product experience from MVP to year 5 of trading (£64m, 2015). Remained hands-on product design lead until the creation of the Digital Experience Team.
✹ Campaign Marketing: Moved on to brief and produce countless national European campaigns (TV, OOH, Performance Marketing, Editorial, Social, SEO, CRM, and DM). Partnered effectively with the Commercial Team to devise growth tactics, bridging this with in-house and external creative talent to create brand cut-through that supported 40% growth YOY.
✹ Pan-European Creative Services: Moved on to be accountable for a substantial brand production budget and the timely delivery of 45k+ high-performing assets per annum. Privileged to grow Made’s internal creative agency from 1 to 35 passionate brand custodians - product design, creative, interior styling, content, and visual production. Oversaw the build of Made’s own internal photographic and video services team and studios which took me to Shang Hai, Vietnam and a whole lot of Tottenham Hale.
