My main duties are to answer the telephone calls from central services and help them with their queries about customers deliveries and collections.
Ensuring that customers are receiving their parcels within their estimated time of arrival (eta) or if they've paid for a precise service that it is delivered on time.
Using a programme called 'J-Term Pro', to authorise driver payments, this information has to be done effectively and efficiently as this is highly confidential information.
Using Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet to input figures such as how many parcels each driver takes out every day, this is updated on a daily basis.
Authorising images that drivers take for receivers to be able to see where there parcel has been left if they were not in.
Investigating into signature disputes i.e missing parcels
Trained newcomers.
Alcohol testing.

I work alongside TheShadeRoom.Com and Destination Dubai VIP to work in line with the brands and find music to feature in promotional adverts and social media content. I also have a significant creative input into the marketing campaigns and social media promotion.
