- Medication Management SystemProof of concept prototype and CAD visualisations of design for a Smart Medication Management System to help people with Chronic Medical Conditions improve their adherence to prescription medications. The system features a pill box with a sensor that detects when the pill box opens and links to interactive lighting and data recording via a smartphone application to assist users in prompting and tracking medication use.

It aims to train Multidisciplinary Designers who are capable of understanding and applying Engineering and Technology principles to develop Design ideas which are technically feasible and apply Design Thinking and Human Factors principles to develop Engineering and Technology solutions with a good quality User Experience. The listed aims are achieved through in depth study of Engineering and Technology concepts and principles which are then practically applied through various Design projects of increasing complexity completed throughout the course of the degree program
