    • Coordination of the intake of products from over 200 brands to ensure the timely and accurate launch of products and replenish of products. • Manage a team of 4 Merchandising Admin Assistant - offering advice and assistance daily, leading team meetings and trainings and delegating weekly tasks. • Manage the entire business’ colour category brand portfolio by assisting brand’s queries, reviewing stock and ensuring timely deliveries. • Set up reports and used merchandising tools to circulate data across the department and business to aid with sales and communicate product launch issues. • Upload new product launches on site as well as updating RRPs and cost prices to the system including site wide discounts such as Black Friday. • Daily PO management to uphold stock availability to 97% whilst maintaining brand relationships with professional and timely communication, updated orders according to brands’ availability and pricing, assisted with securing timely booking slots for deliveries to maintain stock levels. • Support internal and brand’s AP teams by resolving quantity discrepancies and pricing errors to ensure invoices are paid correctly and in a timely manner. • Monitor the Social calendar weekly to help flag delays in product launches and advise on products to boost on our channels to sell through low-sellers.

    • Coordination of the intake of products from over 200 brands to ensure the timely and accurate launch of products and to replenish products as soon as possible. • Solely managed top 50 revenue brands, including Charlotte Tilbury, Paula’s Choice, and The Ordinary and prevented revenue losses by tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery. • Managed up to 100 POs weekly; updated orders according to brands availability and pricing, assisted with securing timely booking slots for deliveries to maintain stock levels. • Resolve invoice and product discrepancies to ensure accounts remained within invoicing SLA. • Supported the Buying team by raising new product orders and ensuring timely deliveries to meet on counter dates. • Daily management of internal databases to update order details, SKU EANs, OOS products, brand contacts, cost prices. • Maintained brand relationships with professional and timely communication with brands. • Send daily sales reports to the Head of Merchandising to present in daily company-wide roundups, as well as sharing top 50 SKU performance reports with wider teams and brands. • Assisted with 25 successful new brand launches, including managing 8 new brands such as Megababe and Pat McGrath Labs by order procurement and brand set-up. Supported Black Friday sales by raising £2.5 million worth of orders and managing over 30 cyber POs. • Ensuring that company-wide communication is up to date by leading weekly meetings with the Social, CRM and Buying & Merchandising team by reporting order statuses and flagging late deliveries. • Supported marketing activity by managing GWP, Beauty Edit Boxes and Goody Bag orders - ensuring delays are flagged efficiently and issues with orders are resolved with brands directly. • Uploaded new product launches on site as well as updating RRPs and cost prices to the system. • Worked closely with Logistics and warehouse teams to arrange order collections, process orders, raise RTV requests and resolve discrepancies.
