I’ve always been at my happiest when being creative, and having worked as a Professional Buyer / Product Development Manager at large retail companies for over 10 years, it was being made redundant at a heavy 7 months pregnant, that gave me the courage to take the leap into working for myself. Fast forward, I now spend my days doing what I love, caring for my daughter, Lolly, whilst sourcing bold and beautiful wax prints (Ankara) and transforming them into high quality bags and accessories.
Born in Ibadan (Nigeria) and raised in London (England) from the age of 2, Lolly & Kiks has naturally grown into a brand that is worn with pride by people from all backgrounds. Every item is handmade in my London home studio, so unlike when you buy from large corporations, a real person (me!) does a happy dance whenever you place an order.
