About me

I’m a creative lead and copywriter with 13 years’ experience across all areas of the creative industry - from above-the-line advertising campaigns (print, TV, digital, experiential) and direct marketing, to employer branding, corporate communication, PR and design. I have worked on major FMCG brands, telecoms, travel, sport, luxury and beauty, and more. I also have experience in pharmaceutical writing for global brands such as GlaxoSmithKline and AstraZeneca, where I worked on brand ads, direct marketing material and lengthy brochures, and picked up a few Rx Club awards in the process. In more recent years, I have worked with UK and global healthcare clients including Vicks, Swisse, Oral-B, Pampers, Always and Allergan. During this time, my role covered ideation and copywriting for HCPs and consumers, as well as supporting the SciComms team where needed. In addition, I have worked in publishing as an editorial writer and sub-editor, specifically for luxury and design publications. As such, I am equally at ease with writing snappy headlines and taglines, as I am with long copy and proofreading. I work well in a team or as a solo creative, and I’m excited by great ideas with real insights at the heart. And, as an avid baker (and consumer of cakes), I love working on food-related projects!

As Creative Lead and Copywriter at MSL, I lead and play a key role in the creative ideation, creative strategy and implementation of a diverse range of projects. As employer branding is a huge focus at MSL, I have been heavily involved in helping global clients such as EY, AB InBev, Lloyds Banking Group and more craft their employer brand messaging and recruitment campaigns. Consumer PR is another key area at MSL I'm involved in, and I've had the pleasure of writing and ideating for clients that include Procter & Gamble, Waldorf Astoria, Swarovski and Netflix. In addition, I have worked closely with the consumer and medical healthcare team, as well as the SciComms team, on UK and global clients such as Vicks, Swisse, Oral-B, Pampers, Always and Allergan. The projects ranged from consumer-facing print advertisements and campaigns to HCP communications, which means I also have experience with compliance and Zinc processes.
