My name is Ya Chuan, Chang. You could call me Crystal, I am from Taiwan on Tier 5 visa.
I have over 4 years experience in the advertising company, and I believe the knowledge and skills built up during this time.
In my last working experience as an Account Supervisor at McCann Erickson Worldwide, I had been responsible for liaising between the customers, leading team and managing projects. Even I was dealing with 3 projects at the same time, I was proud that I seldom made mistakes and always kept my workload far ahead. I also successfully promoted the customers’ products which were portrait complimentary gifts were sent out 600,000 in 3 months, that helped the brand awareness increase.
After working as an account service in the fast-paced advertising industry for 4 years, I’d sharpened my communication skills, multi-tasking ability, and the aptitude for customer service. More importantly, I consider I have a wide range of customer services, due to my former experience of customers industries included: Telecom, Beauty, Foods & Living, Bank, Channel, and etc. So I can make contact with customers from all walks of life easily, to provide the best service that meets customers' needs.
