My role included taking care of customers who visted the Ice Trike Trail, The Real Ice Slide and Magical Ice Kingdom. Briefing customers before they went on the trikes and the ice slide. Making sure customers were happy and safe while at each of the attractions. Serving customers on tills. Dealing with refunds, customer complaints. Making sure customers were behaving if not to remove them for their own safety and for others around them. Making sure all customers had the correct size helmets for the ice slide and trikes. Making sure customers were not touching any if the ice sculptures inside the ice kingdom.
