General marketing and admin assistance to director of marketing, including social media management, event planning, reporting, website maintenance and email marketing.
Assistant to Brand Manager and Client Marketing manager. At TicketWeb I was an integral member of the marketing team, taking ownership of social media for the brand, including co-creation of the social media strategies, curation and management of our social media schedule, arranging and paying for advertising and creating the content on and off-site for all platforms, including our blog. This involved working closely with promoters, venues, management, labels and artists to gather interesting content, whether editorial, interviews, videos, competitions etc. I also assisted with the arrangement of our live acoustic sessions, TicketWeb Sessions, and oversaw shoots at various locations throughout London. When the Client Account Manager was away, I would step into her role, creating email marketing in her absence and liaising with clients to arrange marketing support. I also worked closely with the Brand Manager to construct and coordinate artist digital marketing campaigns with labels, managers and the artists themselves. As well as this, I reported in analytics monthly for our performance across all social platforms, alongside more anecdotal reporting for our monthly meeting i.e. what has been working well each month.
