Working in the Digital E-Commerce Department as a client
service specialist, I interact with clients on various social
platforms, via phone and email. Relationship management
is a key element of my role along with daily management of
the victoriabeckham.com website. I work closely with the
Brand Communications and Marketing team to create
content and find innovative ways to interact with clients
keeping them engaged with the brand, inviting clients to
brand events and functions. I also specialise in aftercare,
handling and solving complaints, refunds and faulty
products within agreed service level agreements. I have
worked with the CEO of the brand and production team in
order to create new policies and procedures for an aftercare
program for both staff and clients. I also have experience in
E-Commerce marketing, interning the marketing manager
and deputizing some responsibilities in their absences.

Instagram with now over 10K followers, Facebook & Twitter.
I commissioned and created articles, directed photoshoots
and designed the layout of the magazine which is now
published on issuu.com The social media pages enabled
me to connect with new creative people who contributed
to the magazine and I also created the website.
